Food and prices as in every McDonald's ok. However, the waiting times are a torture even when there is little activity. Something is always forgotten at the drive-in counter, with workers also rather unfriendly

Sau nice, Eig also quite quickly when it comes to drinking ... I won't get anything else. And even drinking only if there is enough money for the fuel 20 meters further. Sry not a Mc's fan.

Class to achieve faster service and Corona times do that now

There is nothing to complain about about the food, price and hygiene. Everything as it should be. The reason for the 1 star is simple: extremely long waiting times, whether at the counter or at the drive-in, and have been for years. Something urgently needs to change here!

Do not really understand German. So often wrong order. And there is hardly any German. Complaint pointless

Well, what can I say about that: staff doesn't speak German ? speaks to you, you answer the question he asked, and he means the driver in the McDrive ???. Totally unfriendly. Homburg and Landstuhl are much friendlier and more competent - minus points would be appropriate

Never again !!!!! Allegedly the online coupons do not work or the online orders (despite the order number in the DriveIn) that you ordered and sent online yourself did not work and that for the fourth time .. allegedly that doesn't work either and you have to order again at the counter, unfriendly employees at the DriveIn, no hello, no goodbye or please ....

McDonalds with a good logistics principle. Capacity is a bit limited at peak times. Otherwise it's okay

That was the 5th order and NEVER, whether via the app, normally at the counter, on the displays in the restaurant, NEVER even one order was correct! I don't know why, but they don't get it right.

I think that you are (mostly) served politely and that you can eat well there, but often I got a drink with ice even though it was not ordered or that the food is really cold, so only 4 stars.

Mostly clean and good, but occasionally the food is lukewarm or cold.

Is very clean there; CoVid measures are strictly observed; gladly again.

You should always check your order in the drive-in. We have always been missing something. Whether it was the toy for no one or even whole dishes. Very annoying.

Mc Drive is not accommodating. If you forget to order something. Re-ordering is not possible. Do you have to hire again. Then 1st order cold.

Often relatively unfriendly staff, and I think I've never received an order that would not have missed something or been swapped. If you ask friendly for the missing things, you will at best be sweltering, but usually mocked.
